I know a thing or two about struggling with your identity.

Growing up in the church allowed me to find my passion.

I knew I wanted to be a voice for you who are silently suffering. I understood that frustration within yourself can lead to you hurting others, and it became my goal to remind you to see yourself through God’s eyes…not people.

It was through an illness that I found my purpose.

19 years of journaling led me to share my story with the world by writing my first book.

It was through the process of writing that I found my identity.

Writing my story was therapeutic and healing.
After becoming a certified Life Coach, I started designing strategies with principals that will allow you to grow in every area of your life. I discovered my purpose, and I’ve gone on to impact hundreds of women just like you.

Before you emerge...

Stage 1: Leaving the Cocoon

While you’re in your cocoon, you find yourself wondering,

  • Who am I?
  • What is my identity?
  • Why did God create me?
  • Am I worthy of living a purpose-driven life?
  • Why is this the cup that God has given me?

 

You must realize...

Stage 2: Growing your Wings

During the process of your metamorphosis, there will undoubtedly be moments when you may struggle to tap into your gifts. You may wonder:

  • What are my unique gifts and talents?
  • I truly don’t think that I have a purpose…
  • What if I’m just an ordinary person with nothing to offer the world?
  • What if I’m too “insert your insecurity” to do what God has called me to do?
  • What if I have no talents?

Stage 3: Jumping

In this stage, you know what you’re supposed to do. Even if you’re afraid to admit it to yourself, there’s a yearning and a pulling on your heart to pursue the path that God has laid before you. But your fear is holding you back. You may wonder,

  • What if I fail?
  • What if I say the wrong thing, or do the wrong thing?
  • What if people don’t like me?
  • What if they talk about me?
  • What if I don’t know where to start?

 

Through it all...

Stage 4: Flying

And it all seems so great, but then comes the turbulence. Suddenly, everything you feared is manifesting and you’re ready to quit. You’ll know you’re in this stage when you find yourself thinking: 

  • God, are you sure this is my calling?
  • How am I going to get the funding for…
  • What if I just quit?
  • Is this really worth it?
  • Why is this journey so difficult?

Stage 5 - Soaring
