Your Invitation into the BAM Family
Dear beautiful,
Maybe you have spent so much of your life being strong for everyone else that you forgot you were never meant to walk alone. You have learned how to keep going when things were uncertain. You have learned how to show up when you were tired, smile when your heart was heavy, encourage others while you were quietly trying to find encouragement for yourself. You have carried responsibilities, dreams, people, expectations, disappointments, and sometimes even the weight of wondering whether you were doing enough. Yet somehow, through every season, God kept giving you the strength to take another step.
That is what this week has been about. We have talked about the strength that has already carried you, the strength God provides when He calls you, the safe spaces every strong woman needs, and the importance of understanding that strength is not measured by how much you can carry.
We have talked about those moments when you feel weak and wonder whether your weakness means you have somehow lost your way. We have even taken time to imagine the woman you are becoming- the woman who is healed, rested, focused, supported, and prepared for what God has ahead.
If you have missed any of these conversations, I encourage you to go back and read through this week's blogs. There may be a word in one of them that speaks directly to the season you are in.
But today, I want to leave you with something deeper: you were never meant to enter your next season alone.
There is something powerful about being surrounded by women who understand that becoming is a journey. Women who are building businesses, ministries, careers, families, and new lives. Women who are healing from things they don't always talk about. Women who are praying about what comes next. Women who are learning to trust God in places where they once felt uncertain. Women who are strong, but are also learning that they don't have to prove their strength by carrying everything alone.
That is the heart behind the BAM family tree.
When we talk about the BAM family, we are talking about more than attending an event or being part of another community. We are talking about connection. We are talking about women who can pray for one another, encourage one another, share wisdom, celebrate one another's victories, and stand together through seasons that require courage. We are talking about creating a place where you don't have to pretend that you have everything figured out before you belong.
Because family doesn't require perfection. Family makes room for becoming.
There will be seasons when you need someone to celebrate with you. There will be seasons when you need someone to pray with you. There will be seasons when you need wisdom, encouragement, accountability, or simply a safe place where you can exhale. And there will be moments when someone else needs what you carry. That is the beauty of community- we are strengthened by one another, and sometimes God uses the people around us to remind us of the strength He has already placed within us.
That is why I am so excited about the 2026 BAM TransformHER Retreat, happening October 8–10 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This is an opportunity to step away from the noise and intentionally make room for God, for yourself, and for meaningful connection. It is a chance to breathe, reflect, heal, dream again, gain clarity, and prepare for the woman you are becoming and the season ahead.
I want you to come ready to receive. Come ready to laugh. Come ready to have honest conversations. Come ready to pray, reflect, rest, and be poured into. Come ready to meet women who may begin as strangers but leave feeling like sisters. Come ready to discover that sometimes the strength you need for your next season is not found in doing more, but in allowing yourself to be supported.
There is a place for you in this family.
Whether you have been watching BAM from a distance or you have been part of the journey for a while, you don't have to wait until you have everything figured out before you take your next step. You simply have to be willing to say, “I am ready for what God is doing in me.”
So, beautiful woman, consider this your invitation. Come be part of the BAM family tree. Come with your story. Come with your questions. Come with your hopes and dreams. Come with the parts of you that are still healing and the parts of you that are ready to grow.
There is more strength in you. There is more in you. And you don't have to discover it alone.
