Today, Our TransformHER Journey Begins!

Hello Beautiful,

Today, our BAM TransformHER journey begins!

The prayers have been prayed. The details have been prepared. The women are arriving, and our hearts are filled with expectation for everything God is going to do.

There is something powerful about reaching the moment you have prayed for, planned for, prepared for, and pursued. For months, this retreat existed as a vision, a collection of notes, a list of responsibilities, and a prayer in my heart. Today, the vision becomes an experience.

Every detail was prepared with love, prayer, and intention. The rooms, the sessions, the journals, the conversations, the meals, and the moments of rest were all designed to create space for women to breathe, reflect, connect, and hear God clearly.

But this retreat is about more than what we have prepared.

It is about what God has been preparing within each woman who will enter the room.

Every woman is arriving with a story. Some are coming excited and ready to receive. Some are arriving tired from carrying responsibilities that no one else can see. Some are believing God for clarity, healing, direction, restoration, or the courage to begin again.

Some women may not have the words to explain what they need. They only know that something inside them has been asking for space to breathe.

That is why this is more than a retreat.

This is a moment to pause.

This is an opportunity to step away from the responsibilities, expectations, and noise that often prevent us from hearing what is happening within our own hearts.

This is a moment to release what has become too heavy, receive what God wants to restore, rebuild what life attempted to tear down, and prepare for what comes next.

Transformation does not begin when everything around you becomes perfect. It begins when you become honest about where you are and open to where God wants to take you.

You do not have to arrive pretending that everything is fine.

You do not have to hide your questions because you believe a woman of faith should already have the answers. You do not have to minimize your disappointment because you are afraid someone will misunderstand your pain. You do not have to perform strength when your heart is asking for rest.

Bring your questions.

Bring your hopes.

Bring your disappointments.

Bring the prayers that have not yet been answered.

Bring the dreams you placed on the shelf because life required your attention somewhere else.

Bring the parts of yourself that you have kept hidden because you were uncertain whether they would be understood.

Most importantly, bring your whole heart.

God cannot transform the version of you that you continue pretending to be. Transformation requires honesty. It requires the courage to remove the mask, acknowledge what hurts, and admit when something needs to change.

There is no shame in recognizing that you are tired. There is no weakness in asking for help. There is no failure in admitting that the way you have been living is no longer sustainable.

Sometimes the strongest thing a woman can do is become still long enough to hear what her soul has been trying to say.

We spend so much time moving from one responsibility to another that we rarely stop to ask ourselves meaningful questions.

What am I carrying?

What have I outgrown?

What has God been asking me to release?

What part of me needs to heal?

What dream continues calling me forward?

Who am I becoming in this next season?

This retreat creates space for those questions. It creates room for you to listen without immediately rushing to fix, explain, or perform.

For every woman attending the BAM TransformHER Retreat, we are ready to welcome you with love. You are not entering a space where you must prove anything. You are entering a community where you can breathe, learn, laugh, pray, reflect, and grow.

Come with expectation, but also come with openness. God may not speak in the way you expect. Your breakthrough may come through a session, a quiet moment beside the water, a conversation with another woman, a sentence written in your journal, or a truth that finally reaches the place where you have been hurting.

Do not become so focused on having one particular experience that you miss the many ways God may choose to meet you.

For every woman following this journey from home, you are still part of this moment. God is not limited by your location. He can meet you in your home, in your car, at your desk, during your lunch break, or in the quiet moments before everyone else wakes up.

You do not have to be inside the retreat room to create space for transformation.

Find a quiet place today. Silence the distractions for a few moments. Open your journal and ask God what He wants you to see, release, receive, or begin.

Transformation begins wherever surrender happens.

Your surroundings do not have to be perfect. Your schedule does not have to become completely empty. You simply need an open heart and a willingness to listen.

Today, give yourself permission to pause.

Pause before you answer another request.

Pause before you carry another responsibility.

Pause before you tell yourself that you do not have time to care for your own heart.

You are worthy of the time it takes to heal. You are worthy of the space it takes to grow. You are worthy of becoming acquainted with the woman who exists beneath every role you have been asked to carry.

You are more than what you do for others.

You are more than your responsibilities.

You are more than the difficult season you survived.

You are more than the mistake you made.

You are more than the disappointment you experienced.

There is still more inside you.

There is more healing waiting to unfold. There is more freedom waiting for you to release what has held you captive. There is more courage waiting for you to take the next step. There is more purpose waiting to be developed. There is more influence waiting to be stewarded faithfully.

This journey is not about becoming someone else. It is about removing everything that has prevented you from fully becoming who God created you to be.

The butterfly does not apologize for outgrowing the form that once protected it. When transformation is complete, it cannot remain inside the place that was designed for an earlier stage of its development.

There are spaces, mindsets, habits, and relationships that may have supported an earlier version of you but cannot contain the woman you are becoming.

This is your invitation to emerge.

Not perfectly.

Not without questions.

Not without needing support.

But honestly, courageously, and with faith.

Beautiful, come with expectation. Come believing that God can speak, restore, reveal, and renew. Come willing to release what cannot travel into your next season.

Come ready to receive.

The journey begins now.

Reflection:

What are you hoping God will reveal to you during this TransformHER journey?

What have you been carrying that you are ready to release?

What part of your heart needs permission to rest, heal, or dream again?

Today’s Action:

Create at least fifteen quiet minutes for yourself today. Take your notebook or journal, silence the distractions, and ask God this question:

“What do You want me to see in this season?”

Do not rush the answer. Write what comes to your heart, and remain open to what God may reveal throughout the day.

Prayer:

God, thank You for bringing us to this moment. Thank You for every prayer, sacrifice, decision, and act of obedience that made this journey possible.

Prepare our hearts for transformation. Give us the courage to become honest about where we are, the strength to release what no longer belongs in our lives, and the humility to receive what You want to give us.

Meet every woman attending the BAM TransformHER Retreat. Give them safe travels, open hearts, renewed strength, meaningful connections, and moments with You that will continue changing their lives long after the retreat has ended.

Meet every woman following from home. Remind her that Your presence is not limited by location. Create sacred space in the middle of her ordinary day and speak directly to the places within her that need healing, clarity, courage, and hope.

Help us release without guilt, receive without fear, and become without apology. Show us what must remain behind and what we are called to carry forward.

We enter this journey with expectation, surrender, and faith.

Amen.

There Is Still More In You!
